Jordan has been actively engaged in the Middle East peace process. The political and economic stability of Jordan, which is situated in a special geopolitical position, directly affects the stability of the Middle East region.
Japan fully recognizes such importance of Jordan and has actively extended assistance to the country. Taking into account the fact that Jordan has been making steady progress toward economic liberalization and aiming to nurture promising and internationally competitive industries in Jordan, Japan has initiated to extend intellectual assistance to Jordan, taking advantage of the know-how accumulated through the history of Japanese industrial governance.
