His Excellency Mr. Enrique Bolaños Geyer, President of the Republic of Nicaragua, and Mrs. Lila.T.Abaunza de Bolaños were scheduled to pay an official working visit to Japan from June 16 to 19, 2004. However, since Mrs. Bolanñs is unable to visit Japan for medical reasons, the President will visit Japan without his wife.
