In order to promote the democratic implementation of the presidential runoff revote to be held on December 26 in Ukraine, the Government of Japan has provided about 4.5 million yen as grass-roots human security grant assistance for the local NGO, "NGO Coalition Secretariat of "Freedom of Choice, Ukraine", to print and to post the posters to urge the importance of a fair election in more than 30,000 polling places all over the country.
