Exchange of Congratulatory Messages on the Occasion of the 30th Anniversary of the Look East Policy between Leaders of Japan and Malaysia

- Mr. Yoshihiko Noda, Prime Minister of Japan, exchanged the messages with the Honourable Dato' Sri Mohd Najib Dato' Seri Haji Mohd Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak, Prime Minister of Malaysia, to congratulate the 30th anniversary of the Look East Policy.
- In the messages, both leaders valued the accomplishments of the Look East Policy, as well as mentioned further strengthening the bilateral relations centred on the Look East Policy in the future. They also expected that Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT) should become a centre of excellence of ASEAN.
