Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi's Visit to the Republic of Korea

Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi paid an official visit to the Republic of Korea from March 21 to 23, 2002.
During his stay, Prime Minister Koizumi had a meeting with His Excellency Mr. Kim Dae Jung, President of the Republic of Korea.
At the meeting, the two leaders had an exchange of views on such topics as the cooperation for the further development of the Japan-Republic of Korea bilateral relations and policies towards North Korea.
Whilst in Seoul, Prime Minister Koizumi attended an official dinner hosted by President Kim. Prime Minister Koizumi also visited Pusan and Kyonju on 23.
