Visit to Japan of H.E. Mr. Jacob Gedleyihlekisa Zuma, President of the Republic of South Africa, and First Lady Mrs. Zuma

- From Monday, June 3 to Wednesday, June 5, H.E. Mr. Jacob Gedleyihlekisa Zuma, of the Republic of South Africa, and First Lady Mrs. Thobeka Stacie Madiba Zuma will pay a working visit to Japan following their participation to TICAD V (the Fifth Tokyo International Conference on African Development).
- While in Japan, President of Zuma will hold a meeting with Mr. Shinzo Abe, Prime Minister of Japan. In addition, President Zuma is scheduled to exchange of opinions with Japanese business leaders regarding economic relationship between the two countries.
- It is expected that this visit by President Zuma and Mrs. Zuma will serve to further strengthen the bilateral relationship between Japan and South Africa.
