The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has launched a special Family Links website
to help people seeking to re-establish contact with family members and friends missing since the 2011 Tohoku Pacific Earthquake.
NTT East has provided the special voice message service
to inquire safety of persons affected by the Tohoku Pacific Ocean Earthquake. The basic operation method for this service in English is available on the website of NTT East.
