You are to visit Russia and attend the G8 Foreign Ministers' Meeting. What kind of talks do you wish to conduct with the foreign ministers? In particular, what are you going to say there regarding the North Korean abductions issue?

Minister:
This time I think the Iranian and North Korean nuclear issues will probably be addressed. Other than the nuclear issue, Japan would like to see the missile issue included. Japan has been waiting, or, you could say, has been kept on hold in a state of alert. I think the abductions issue will also be discussed at the G8 summit meeting. I believe the issues that the ministerial meeting will address are the missiles, the nuclear issue, and the abductions.
