H. E. Mr. Michel Joseph Martelly, President of the Republic of Haiti, and Mrs. Martelly were scheduled to visit Japan from Monday, August 27, to Thursday, August 30. However, because of Tropical Storm Isaac, which is approaching the Republic of Haiti, the President has to stay to take disaster reduction measures and therefore his visit to Japan has been postponed at this time.
