H.E. Dr. Khalaf A. Samad Khalaf Al-Aawad, Governor of Basra, the Republic of Iraq, and his delegation will make an official visit to Japan upon invitation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan from Monday, March 5 to Thursday, March 8.
During his stay in Japan, H.E. Dr. A. Samad will make a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Ryuji Yamane, Senior Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, and will attend the Japan-Basra Economic Business Meeting for Japanese business people.
