At the beginning of the symposium Mr. Koichiro Gemba, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan is scheduled to give a keynote speech on "The Development of Japan's International Cooperation Strategy." Following this, the symposium will be held, and experts from various fields are scheduled to discuss the theme: "What global human resources training is needed for Japan to continue to fulfill its role as a key member of the international community, and to develop its foreign policy?"
