- Mr. Ehud Barak, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of the State of Israel, will visit Japan from Wednesday, February 15 to Sunday, February 19.
- During his stay in Japan, Deputy Prime Minister Barak will meet with Mr. Yoshihiko Noda, Prime Minister of Japan; Mr. Koichiro Gemba, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan; and Mr. Naoki Tanaka, Minister for Defense of Japan to exchange views on bilateral relations and regional issues, including Middle East peace.
