Mr. Ehud Barak, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of the State of Israel, will visit Japan from Wednesday, February 15 to Sunday, February 19.
During his stay in Japan, Deputy Prime Minister Barak will meet with Mr. Yoshihiko Noda, Prime Minister of Japan; Mr. Koichiro Gemba, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan; and Mr. Naoki Tanaka, Minister for Defense of Japan to exchange views on bilateral relations and regional issues, including Middle East peace.
It is expected that Deputy Prime Minister Barak's visit will further promote the good relationship between Japan and Israel.
