The 12th Japan-China Security Dialogue

The 12th round of Japan-China Security Dialogue will be held in Beijing on January 20, 2011.
The dialogue will be held between Mr. Koro Bessho, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, Mr. Tetsuro Kuroe, Deputy Director-General, Bureau of Defense Policy, Ministry of Defense of Japan, and Mr. Hu Zhengyue, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of People’s Republic of China, Deputy Chief of Foreign Affairs Office, Ministry of National Defense of People’s Republic of China. Government officials from both sides will also participate in the dialogue.
At the dialogue, both sides will exchange views on security and defense policy of each other and regional issues.
Japan-China Security Dialogue has been held since December 1993 and the last Dialogue took place in Tokyo in March 2009.
