Visit to Latin America and the Caribbean by Mr. Koichi Takemasa, State Secretary for Foreign Affairs

Mr. Koichi Takemasa, State Secretary for Foreign Affairs, will visit Venezuela, Saint Lucia, Jamaica, Panama, El Salvador and Costa Rica from April 29 (Thu) to May 10 (Mon).
In each country, State Secretary Takemasa will exchange views with government dignitaries regarding bilateral relations and challenges the international community is facing.
State Secretary Takemasa is also scheduled to attend the inauguration ceremony of Ms. Laura Chinchilla, President-elect of Costa Rica, on May 8 (Sat) as Ambassador of Japan on Special Mission.
