The First Round of the Negotiation on the Investment Agreement Between Japan and the Republic of Angola will be held on April 1 (Thu) in Luanda, the capital of Angola.
Staff from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, including Mr. Masaaki Sato, Senior Regional Coordinator, Second Africa Division, Middle Eastern and African Affairs Bureau of MOFA, are scheduled to attend from Japan. Government officials, including Ms. Joana A.H. Barros Aires, Director of Treaties Division, Directorate of Legal, Consular and Litigation Affiars of Ministry of External Relations, are scheduled to attend from Angola.
