Visit to Japan by His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, will officially visit Japan on April 1 (Thu) and 2 (Fri) at the invitation of the Government of Japan.
During H.M. King Abdullah II’s stay in Japan, Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress will invite H.M. King Abdullah II for luncheon at the Imperial Palace. H.M. King Abdullah II will also meet with Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama to exchange views on the bilateral relation and regional issues including the Middle East peace process.
This is H.M. King Abdullah II’s seventh visit to Japan since he ascended the throne (his tenth visit including the visits before he ascended the throne). It is expected that the King’s visit will further promote good relationship between Japan and Jordan.
