Visit to Japan of His Excellency Mr. Asif Ali Zardari, President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan

  1. His Excellency Mr. Asif Ali Zardari, President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, will pay working visit to Japan from 15 to 17 April, 2009.
     
  2. During his stay in Japan, the President will make a State Call on His Majesty the Emperor of Japan. Prime Minister Taro Aso will hold a meeting with the President, and exchange views on bilateral relations and international affairs. President Zardari will chair the Friends of Democratic Pakistan Ministerial Meeting on April 17, in Tokyo. He will also attend the Pakistan Donors Conference held on the same day.
     
  3. The Government of Japan truly welcomes the Presidents visit, which will further strengthen the friendly relations between Japan and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
