Visit to Japan by H.E. Mr. James Alix Michel, President of the Republic of Seychelles

H.E. Mr. James Alix Michel, President of the Republic of Seychelles, will pay an official working visit to Japan from April 6 (Mon) to 8 (Wed) at the invitation of the Government of Japan.
During his stay in Japan, President Michel will be received in audience by His Majesty the Emperor of Japan and have a summit meeting with Prime Minister Taro Aso. He will also attend a celebration for the official opening of the Honorary Consulate General of the Republic of Seychelles in Tokyo and will exchange views with officials of relevant organizations.
It is expected that President Michel’s visit will further strengthen the friendly relations between Japan and the Republic of Seychelles.
