Inaugural Meeting of the Executive Committee of the 400th Anniversary of Japan-Mexico Relations (2009～2010)

  1. The inaugural meeting of the Executive of the 400th Anniversary of Japan-Mexico relations will be held in Tokyo (Mita-Kaigisho) in the morning of March 27 (Fri).
     
  2. This inaugural meeting will be attended by Diet Members and officials and staff members of relevant ministries, non-profit organizations, local governments, and private companies.
     
  3. The matters discussed at this inaugural meeting, includes fundamental items for the administrational of the 400th Anniversary of Japan–Mexico Relations, including the establishment of the Executive committee, organizational issues (Board, Organizer, Committee, etc), general rules and standards of the registration of event. The Executive committee will serve to promote the 400 the Anniversary of Japan-Mexico Relations by proceeding with the registration of events, public relations and other undertakings related to the implementation.
