Visit to Japan of Mr. Litokwa Tomeing, President of the Marshall Islands

- Mr. Litokwa Tomeing, President of the Republic of the Marshall Islands,
and Mrs. Tomeing, will pay an Official Working Visit to Japan from April
7 (Mon) and 11 (Fri).
- During their stay in Japan, the President and Mrs. Tomeing will make
a State Call on Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress. President
Tomeing will also meet with Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda to exchange views
on such matters as the strengthening of Japan-Marshall Islands relations.
- The upcoming visit of President Tomeing is expected to further enhance the bilateral relationship.
