Visit to Japan of Mr. Litokwa Tomeing, President of the Marshall Islands

Mr. Litokwa Tomeing, President of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and Mrs. Tomeing, will pay an Official Working Visit to Japan from April 7 (Mon) and 11 (Fri).
During their stay in Japan, the President and Mrs. Tomeing will make a State Call on Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress. President Tomeing will also meet with Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda to exchange views on such matters as the strengthening of Japan-Marshall Islands relations.
The upcoming visit of President Tomeing is expected to further enhance the bilateral relationship.
