Meetings on Cooperation on Railways between Japan and Russia

  1. Meetings on cooperation on railways between Japan and Russia will be held in Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod from July 9 (Mon) to 11 (Wed).  On the Japanese side, officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and representatives of corporations concerned with railways are taking part in them.

    July 9 (Mon): Meeting with the Ministry of Transport of Russia in Moscow

    July 10 (Tue): Observation of institutions concerned with railways in Nizhny Novgorod

    July 11 (Wed): Meetings with the Government of Nizhny Novgorod Region and the governors of Russian Railways in Nizhny Novgorod

  2. About 15 Japanese corporations will attend the meetings.
