Mr. Takeshi Iwaya, Senior Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, to Visit Libya

- Mr. Takeshi Iwaya, Senior Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, will visit Libya from May 31 (Thu) to June 5 (Tue).
- In Libya, Mr. Iwaya will give explanation about the Fourth Tokyo International Conference on Africa’s Development (TICAD IV) to the leaders of African countries who will participate in the summit meeting of the Community of Sahel-Saharan States (CEN-SAD) and key government officials of Libya and will invite the leaders to participate in it. He will also exchange views on bilateral relations.
