2007 South Asian High School Students Investigation Program

- As a part of the Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and
Youths (JENESYS Program) started in fiscal year 2007, the South Asian High
School Students Invitation Program will be implemented from November 19
(Mon) to 28 (Wed).
- Under the program, 40 students are invited from eight countries, Afghanistan,
Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, the Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka,
which are members of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation
(SAARC).
- During the program, the participants will visit environment-related facilities and the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and will experience traditional culture in Kyoto.
