Dr. Kiyohiko Toyama, Vice-Minister (Parliamentary) for Foreign Affairs, to Visit Laos and Sri Lanka

- Dr. Kiyohiko Toyama, Vice-Minister (Parliamentary) for Foreign Affairs, will visit Laos and Sri Lanka from July 1 (Sat) to 8 (Sat).
- In Laos, Dr. Toyama will have talks with key figures of the Government of Laos, hold bilateral talks in Pakse with ministers of the countries concerned in the Ayeyawady-Chao Phraya-Mekong Economic Cooperation Strategy (ACMECS) and attend the ACMECS ministerial meeting in Khong Island. Dr. Toyama will also visit sites of economic cooperation, mainly in the southern part of Laos.
- In Sri Lanka, Dr. Toyama will exchange views on the bilateral relations between Japan and Sri Lanka with Prime Minister Ratnasiri Wickremanayake, Foreign Minister Mangala Samaraweera and other key figures of the Government of Sri Lanka.
