Visit to Japan by H.E. Mr. Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Rwanda

H.E. Mr. Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Rwanda, will visit Japan from November 6 (Mon) to 9 (Thu) at the invitation of the Government of Japan.
During his stay in Japan, President Kagame will be received in audience by His Majesty The Emperor of Japan and have a summit meeting with Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. He will also deliver a speech at the United Nations University.
President Kagame's forthcoming visit will be his second visit to Japan after an interval of nine years (he visited Japan in 1997 as Vice-President), and the first visit by a President of Rwanda to Japan in ten years. It is expected that this visit will further enhance the relations between the two countries in various fields.
President Kagame will be accompanied by three ministers including Mr. Stanislas Kamanzi, Minister of Infrastructure.
