Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi's visit to Israel, Palestinian Territories and Turkey was originally scheduled from January 7 to 13.
The visit to Israel and the Palestinian Territories, however, has been postponed as Prime Minister Ariel Sharon of Israel was suddenly hospitalized on the 5th, and will be rearranged in the future at a time suitable to both sides.
The visit to Turkey is being arranged from January 9 to 13.
