The Third Meeting of New Japan-China Friendship Committee for the 21st Century

  1. The Third Meeting of the New Japan-China Friendship Committee for the 21st Century will be held from July 30 (Sat) to 31 (Sun) in Kunming city, Yunnan Province, China.
  2. The meeting will be attended on the Japanese side by a committee headed by Mr. Yotaro Kobayashi, Chairman of the Board of Fuji Xerox; and on the Chinese side by a committee headed by Mr. Zheng Bijian, former Executive Vice President of the Central Party School.
  3. At the forthcoming meeting, it is expected that the intellectuals from Japan and China will have a frank and animated discussion covering the theme of an ideal mode of Japan-China relations in the 21st century, and enhancing both countries' common interests.
