Japan-Arab Islamic Journalists Meeting

A Japan-Arab Islamic Journalists Meeting, a project organized by the Foreign Press Center/Japan and sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will be held on November 9 (Wed) in Tokyo.
This Meeting will feature five journalists from Algeria, Egypt, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Japan as panelists. It is an open symposium whose main theme is the role of the media in overcoming somewhat distorted perceptions on both sides between Japan and the Arab-Islamic nations.
The Meeting is expected to promote mutual understanding between Japan and the Arab-Islamic world through lively discussions.
