Foreign Minister Masahiko Koumura to Visit Russia

Foreign Minister Masahiko Koumura is to visit the Russian Federation from May 28 (Fri.) to 30 (Sun.).
In Moscow, Mr. Koumura will pay a courtesy call on Prime Minister Sergei Vadimovich Stepashin. He will also meet with Foreign Minister Igor Sergeevich Ivanov for talks both as foreign ministers and as co-chairmen of the joint committee on the conclusion of a peace treaty.
