Chilean Foreign Minister's Visit to Japan Canceled

Mr. José Miguel Insulza, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Chile, has been forced to cancel his visit to Japan, which was scheduled for April 22 to 25. Urgent business has called the Minister back to Chile from Germany, where he was visiting.
