Offers of Assistance from Foreign Countries and Regions (Great East Japan Earthquake): update

With regard to the Great East Japan Earthquake, which occurred at 14:46 on Friday, March 11, 2011, as of 15:00 on Thursday, May 26, 2011, Japan has received offers of assistance from the 159 countries and regions and 43 international organizations (increased from 157 and 42, respectively, in the previous press release).

The following countries made new offers:

Antigua and Barbuda
Saint Lucia (in alphabetical order)

The following international organization made a new offer:

United Nations Disaster Assessment and Coordination, UNDAC
