With regard to the Great East Japan Earthquake, which occurred at 14:46 on Friday, March 11, 2011, as of 19:30 on Thursday, May 19, 2011, Japan has received offers of assistance from the 157 countries and regions and 42 international organizations (increased from 156 and 41, respectively, in the previous press release).
