8th Japan-India Comprehensive Security Dialogue

The 8th Japan-India Comprehensive Security Dialogue will be held on Friday, May 20, 2011 in New Delhi.
Mr. Kunio Umeda, Director-General, Southeast and Southwest Asian Affairs Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Toshio Saito, Defense Councilor, Ministry of Defense and other officials of the respective Ministries will participate from Japanese side. Mr. Gautam H Bambawale, Joint Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs, Ms. Smita Nagaraj, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Defence and officials of the respective Ministries and will participate from Indian side.
Both sides will exchange views on the security policies of each country and bilateral security cooperation, as well as regional issues.
