Acceptance of Emergency Relief Supplies from the Islamic Republic of Iran(Arrival of the Second Dispatch)

- In response to the Great East Japan Earthquake, Iran announced to provide relief supplies of foodstuffs (50,000 food cans), 35,000 cans of which were sent to the disaster-stricken area on Friday March 25. The rest of 15,000 cans arrived at Narita Airport on Thursday March 31 and were sent to the disaster-stricken area on Friday, April 1.
- The Government of Japan deeply appreciates the cooperation of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
