Donation of Relief Money from Botswana

In response to the Tohoku - Pacific Ocean Earthquake, the Government of the Republic of Botswana offered the donation of 1 million pula (approx. JPY12 million) as relief money for Japan. In addition, a letter of sympathy was sent from H.E. Lt. Gen. Seretse Khama Ian Khama, President of Botswana, to Prime Minister Naoto Kan.
The Government of Japan deeply appreciates their assistance of the Government and people of Botswana.
