The Fourth International MANGA Award Presentation Ceremony

On Wednesday, February 23, 2011, the presentation ceremony of the International MANGA Award will be held at Iikura House. The winners will be presented with certificates and trophies by Mr. Seiji Maehara, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, and Ms. Machiko Satonaka, President of the jury.
The winners are invited to Japan by the Japan Foundation and will meet with Japanese MANGA artists and visit publishers and related facilities.
