  1. Mr. Katsuya Okada, Minister for Foreign Affairs, received a courtesy call from Dr. Klaus Schwab, Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum, who is on a visit to Japan, on September 16 (Thu) for about 10 minutes from 4:50 p.m. at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  2. Minister Okada and Executive Chairman Schwab shared the view that Japan and the WEF should cooperate in promoting human security. Dr. Schwab also explained the WEF’s activities, including the WEF Annual Meeting in Davos.
