Launching of APEC Japan 2010 Official Website and Logo

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan has launched the official website of APEC Japan 2010 (www.apec2010.go.jp) on February 4, 2010.
This website will provide a wide variety of information pertaining to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and related meetings to be held in Japan in 2010, including the Economic Leaders’ Meeting, Ministerial Meeting and Concluding Senior Officials’ Meeting (CSOM) in Yokohama, as well as the Meeting of Ministers Responsible for Trade (MRT) and the Senior Officials’ Meetings (SOM 2) in Sapporo, Senior Officials’ Meetings (SOM1 and SOM3) in Hiroshima and Sendai, respectively.
The Government of Japan has adopted the APEC Japan 2010 Logo(PDF). This logo will be used in a series of meetings as an official symbol. Besides the government agencies, local governments, media organizations, academic institutions, etc. may use the logo with prior permission from the Secretariat for the Japan APEC Meetings in 2010.
